What is the Symposium About?

The Symposium is an annual high level forum for discussion of current or controversial developments in the law relating to or affecting the Caribbean Community and its Member States.

Recent decisions of the Caribbean Court of Justice in its original jurisdiction provide particular fodder for this year’s deliberations by emphasizing:

  • The rules-based nature of CARICOM law
